Artistic Welding

(Special workshop added due to popular demand)

Students will learn bending and welding techniques used in the creation of a stage set. The instructor for this workshop is a world-class master prop-maker and artist, who was the Head of the Props Department at the Stratford Shakespeare Festival for 39 seasons. Beginners through advanced.

The course covers: mig and gas welding, brazing and shaping metal. Students will learn how to build their thoughts in 3D, safely, and with an abundance of amazing techniques, in a small class with totally hands-on instruction.

This program is will allow students to create their own project to take home. Consider bringing a sketch or idea of your project to class.
