This one-day, intensive workshop is an exploration of costume rendering styles. Teresa Przyblyski, one of Canada's leading costume designers, will guide you through several techniques to hone your style of rendering. This course is geared toward recent graduates from costume design courses, or professional costume designers who would like to deepen and expand their rendering skills:
Learn compositional techniques that will enhance your renderings.
Explore different techniques used in watercolour or other media.
Experiment with the best ways to communicate your ideas to the actors, wardrobe staff and directors through your rendering.
Great for professional development or the budding costume designer.
The low student-to-teacher ratio in each course ensures instruction is geared to the participant's skill level and experience. Please indicate your related experience when you register.
The course fee covers the cost of basic materials required during the course.
