Kevin Kemp
Setting the Scene
Kevin Kemp is a Toronto native. After studying life drawing, painting and photography at the Ontario College of Art he worked in the GTA in film, television and theatre.
He moved to Stratford in 1989 with his wife and two sons, and began work with the Stratford Festival where he continues after nearly 30 seasons as a senior scenic artist.
Kevin designed Off the Wall’s beginner and advanced scenic painting courses, trained artist/instuctor Michael Wharran, and continues to oversee the summer painting courses as an advisor. Kevin looks forward to teaching Setting the Scene again in 2020.
In his spare time, he continues to study photography, painting, digital art and classical guitar.
